Lunch Menu

Monday

Menu: Southern BBQ Buffet
BBQ chicken, braised beef brisket, jalapeno cornbread, BBQ pinto beans, rustic cole slaw, chilled cucumber salad and homemade potato salad.

Tuesday

Menu: Mexican Fiesta Buffet
Assortment of quesadillas and tacos with chicken, beef, refried beans, spanish rice, tortilla chips and salsa with toppings.

Wednesday

Menu: Boxed Lunch
Deli sandwich, pickles, chips, cookie and beverage

Thursday

Menu: Lunch Buffet
Honey almond chicken, vegetable lasagna, garden salad, brown rice pilaf, mixed sauteed vegetables, and cookies.

*Unfortunately, we will not be able to cater to special diets.

Breaks - In Room W157

Coffee and water will be available daily in Room W157.

LCC's West Campus Cafe will be open from 7:30am-1pm, Monday through Thursday, for snack and beverage purchases. There are also vending machines available for snack and beverage purchases.
